Cancellation Policy

• Paid delegates who do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance, or who fail to log in for the webinar, will not be eligible for a refund.
• Delegates who register without payment will still be held liable for the outstanding amount.

SAPOA will comply with relevant privacy legislation and the standards set for dealing with personal information.

In order to confirm your registration for Practical Collections: Dealing with Defaulting Tenants taking place on 23 July 2026 to 30 November -0001, we will be required to collect your personal information which may be shared with service providers for the purposes of this event.

I acknowledge that my personal information is protected by the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and may not be shared without my consent, which I may withdraw at any time.

I herewith consent that SAPOA may make my personal information available to the service providers and suppliers of the event for the purposes of the event.

Should I at any time withdraw my consent (which shall be in writing), I shall immediately disqualify myself from participating in and attending the event.
