In order to finalise your travel arrangements, Wow Incentives & Events (Pty) Ltd & SAPOA will be required to collect your personal information which we will need to share with other agencies for the best service delivery. Your informed consent for the sharing of information will be sought and protected in all situations unless:
Proposed Use and Disclosure of my personal information
I understand that relevant information about me will be collected and may be forwarded to other agencies that provide services in line with my travel arrangements.
I further understand that my information will be retained by Wow Incentives & Events (Pty) Ltd, until requested to be removed, at which time it will be disposed of in terms of Wow’s Policy & Procedures.
The information collected by you completing this registration is including but not limited to name, surname, date of birth, identity number, passport details, nationality, residential address, contact number, email address, emergency contact (name, surname and contact number) will be shared with the appropriate suppliers including but not limited to airline/s, hotel/s, ground operator/s, transportation company/s, cruise company/s and travel insurance company in order to facilitate your travel arrangements and experiences during this incentive.
Should I withdraw my consent prior to the trip (which shall be in writing), I shall immediately disqualify myself from participating in and attending the incentive.
Indemnity Form
This indemnity of liability is in respect of the incentive commonly known as Leasing 101: Understanding your lease Part 2 that will be held during the period 29 April 2026 to 30 November -0001, or any date to which this incentive may be postponed and/or applicable statutory laws and regulations.
I shall have no claim or right of action whatsoever against any of the Indemnified for any loss of, or damage to, property, or any injury sustained by, or death of any persons from, any causes arising whatsoever resulting from any act or omission of any of the Indemnified, or those for whom is the Indemnified are vicariously liable.
I shall have no claim or right of action whatsoever against any of the Indemnified for any loss of or damage to property, or any injury sustained by, or death of any persons from, any causes arising whatsoever resulting from the failed, partial or defective delivery of any services, products or goods relating to the incentive.
