Terms and Conditions:

Practice Rounds - 21 May 2022

• Practice Rounds are for your own account
• Practice Tee times are available and must be pre-booked by calling Wild Coast Golf reservations on 03930 52799.

To Enter:

1. You are able to enter a maximum of 2 people/golfers per online entry.
2. Complete the online entry form, once completed, you will receive an automated email confirming that your entry has been received.  
3. Please note that payment is due within 48 hours of receiving a final confirmation and invoice from Sun International. The package cost must be paid in full prior to check-in by the deadline date stipulated.
4. Payments can only be made upon receiving an invoice from Sun International, it is imperative that you please use your Name/Surname and confirmation number as your payment reference to track your payment.
5. Proof of payment must be sent to sports.
6. It is a condition of entry that all golfers must stay at The Wild Coast Sun Country Club.
7. Accommodation is allocated on a first come first served basis, subject to availability.
8. Full payment to Sun International will secure your entry into the tournament.

Cancellations:

1. A cancellation made more than 14 working days prior to arrival date will entitle you to a full refund. All refunds requests must be sent to sports
2. A cancellation between 7 and 14 working days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee of one nights accommodation being charged.
3. In the event of a "No Show" the full package price will be applicable.
